Yobani, the owner of Y&S Painting was wonderful to deal with. Communication was terrific through emails, texts and phone calls. He met me at my cabin in Lake Lure NC to review the job. The job estimate was very detailed and specific with the convenience of accepting the estimate through text or email. The price to stain our cabin was very fair. After the job was complete, he texted pictures so I could approve the job before the final payment. Give him a call for all your painting and staining needs. Sabino has come three times to my house to remove popcorn ceiling and repaint different rooms. He is always done an excellent job and I am so pleased with his work!

I own a bed and breakfast in a 1895 Queen Anne house. Last year Y&S Painting painted the bedrooms. They did such a wonderful job I had them back this year to paint some of the commons area.
