Yobani, the owner of Y&S Painting was wonderful to deal with. Communication was terrific through emails, texts and phone calls. He met me at my cabin in Lake Lure NC to review the job. The job estimate was very detailed and specific with the convenience of accepting the estimate through text or email. The price to stain our cabin was very fair. After the job was complete, he texted pictures so I could approve the job before the final payment. Give him a call for all your painting and staining needs. Yobani and his crew painted our school building and it looks fantastic! They made sure to fill all the holes and make sure the walls were smooth. They even re-mudded our window sills that were in rough shape. They were very detailed. Easy to work with. Very friendly, and came back when it was finished to walk through the building with us to make sure we were happy. We will be using them again for our future projects! I own a bed and breakfast in a 1895 Queen Anne house. Last year Y&S Painting painted the bedrooms. They did such a wonderful job I had them back this year to paint some of the commons area. They are very reliable, painting is beautiful with perfect cleanup. I highly recommend them for all painting jobs.
